Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable
- Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility (unless return is due to our error)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimsuits (unless the hygienic liner is completely intact with all original tags attached)
- Any items showing signs of wear
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
Please inspect swimwear carefully upon arrival.

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- A prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return address details
- Packing instructions to protect those adorable outfits
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
We’ll process your request within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.
Refund Information
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
