Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as those precious smiles when opening our packages!

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimsuits (unless the hygienic liner is intact) or any items showing signs of wear. Final sale items will be clearly marked.

Step 1: Request Your Return

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:

  • A prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return address details
  • Packing instructions to protect those adorable outfits

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

We’ll process your request within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Prefer a different size or style? We offer hassle-free exchanges for:

Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. We’ll ship the new item as soon as we process your return.

Special Note for Swimsuits: These may only be returned if the hygienic liner is intact and all original tags remain attached. Please inspect swimwear carefully upon arrival.
