Yes! All orders come with tracking. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive tracking immediately after processing. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may take an extra 1-2 days to activate after processing.

We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery if you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase. Because we stand by our quality and premium fabrics, returns are rare – but we’ve got you covered if needed!

For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
